Scott Davies
Financial & Managing Director
Scott started his career in an accountancy practice before becoming involved in the property development business. He holds a Masters Degree in applied finance from the University of Queensland, Australia as well as an accountancy qualification. Scott has a track record of implementing and maintaining tight financial controls, he also trained in Site Management Safety and BS7671 Level 3 Electrical.
Michelle Morgan
Compliance Manager
Michelle has over 15 years experience in office procedure and compliance. She is meticulous, scrupulous and accurate which makes her ideal as GHE’s compliance Manager overseeing all of GHE's installations.
Matt Smith
Head Installation Engineer
Matt has over 25 years experience in the built environment. His knowledge and experience is unrivalled and there is no job that will defeat him. He is very efficient, knows exactly what he’s talking about, and is the friendliest engineer you’ll meet!
Jackie McGill

Ryan Davies
Projects & Managing Director
Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting & Finance and a Masters in applied Project Management. He worked in the construction sector before setting up GHE Solar and has a vast knowledge of the industry with experience in both small and large projects.
Janet James
Accounts Manager
With over 10 years of experience in office accounting and a broad knowledge of all aspects at GHE, Janet is trusted and reliable. She knows the ins and outs of her job and deals with all of GHE’s accounting.
Aimee Davis
Administrator/Designer
Aimee takes on a more creative role having worked in Costume on many film and Television productions, including Harry Potter and Downton Abbey. She brings a very different perspective to the team.
Ellie Sturgess
Operations Administrator
Ellie manages the diary and office administration covering appointments and information processing.
Matt Butler
Commercial Solar Sales Manager
Matt has built an extensive knowledge of the renewables industry and specialises in Solar for commercial premises, ranging from small local shops to large MW ground arrays. No matter the size of the business he will be able to help & advise on finding the right system for your company’s needs.
Sharon Ko
Administrator/Designer
Prior to working at GHE, Sharon worked for The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Deloitte and Touche Taiwan. She has a bachelor’s degree in Ethnology from National Chengchi University, Taiwan and has a masters in accounting from the University of Queensland, Australia. She is also an ACCA Qualified Accountant and speaks fluent English, Mandarain Chinese and other Chinese dialects. She is a great asset for GHE.
Alessandro Manson
PV System Designer
Alessandro has worked in a number of customer facing roles and is very easy to talk to. He is customer focused and also has a very creative side and has shown this by creating and releasing a number of successful videogames.
