Photovoltaic Factories
Factories have a mass of unused roof space and therefore are an ideal application for PV. Roof installs are the most cost effective and therefore the returns are higher than that of a ground array.
Factories also tend to operate during the day, when the sun is out, and the panels are producing electricity. This means that all of the electricity will get used. This is the best way to maximise your income from the PV array. The reason for this is simple, to buy the electricity will cost more than the payment you would recieve from exporting the electricity.
Therefore all the electricity produced will be used thus saving the cost of the electric that would otherwise have been bought in.
The image shows a google earth image with scaled PV panels sat on the roof.
We are always happy to come out for a FREE site survey resulting in a quotation that will show potential costs and returns.
